Babywise AI is an automated system. A text or live voice session is not a conversation with a live doctor and does not provide individual medical care.
2. Sources and possible errors
Responses are designed to draw on Babywise materials sourced from Dr. Kurtuluş Hallaç and may show source cards. The system can still misunderstand context, omit information or produce an incorrect answer. Review the sources and confirm important decisions with a qualified health professional.
3. Information used
A user’s question, the selected child context and the current conversation may be sent to support the response. Written conversations can be stored with a linked account and included in export and deletion tools.
4. Live voice
During a live session, microphone audio is streamed to the realtime AI provider for processing. Babywise does not retain raw audio as a permanent product record; the resulting text question and answer may become part of conversation history and remains until the user deletes it or the linked account.
5. Safety boundary
AI output is not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan or doctor’s examination. Babywise is not an emergency service. In an emergency or a rapidly worsening situation, contact local emergency health services without waiting for a response.
